How to Register
Learn how to register with our platform easily. Follow these simple steps to complete your registration process and access all available services.
You have two options to register, directly through our website or via Google Docs form.
Let’s get started!
Option 1: Register Through Our Website
1. Go to the registration page
I. The Home Page
From the homepage, click on the “Register Here” button to go directly to the registration form.
II. Each Certifications Page
Alternatively, you can browse through the different certifications offered by our exam providers.
Choose your exam provider
We offer certifications through four exam providers. The active provider will be labeled as “Active” at the top of its card.
The upcoming provider will be labeled as “Pending“
For now, let me show you by selecting Certiport as the exam provider, since that is the active provider currently.
Click the Enroll button
Clicking the Enroll button will take you to the Certiport page which has a list of its certifications.
Choose the certification of your choice and click the Enroll button of that specific card
I will choose the “Hospitality and Culinary Arts Careers” certification as an example.
You will be directed to a page where you see details of the selected certification.
Click Enroll from that page
Then you will be directed to the registration page.
2. Once on the registration page,
There are fields for you to input your info, like your full name, email, phone number, nationality, the exam type you’d like to enroll, and others.
Fill in all the required fields. Required fields are labeled with a red “*” symbol.
You may leave optional field empty.
Click “Register” when you finish.
Once you fill in all the required fields correctly and click “Register“, you will see a message below the “Register” button that says, “Your submission was successful. You will be redirected to a payment page”.
That’s it! You’re registered. We will receive your response and contact you with the info you provided in the form.
Next Step: The form will automatically redirect you to the payment page right after you registered.
Option 2: Register Through Google Docs
You can register with google docs from here
Clicking the above button will take you to the Visionary Solution registration form on Google docs
If you haven’t logged in to your email, Google forms will ask you to log in first.
Log in then click “next“
Fill in the fields with your answer on one section and continue to the next section by clicking “Next“.
On the final section of the form, click the “Submit” button to send your response.
Once you submit the form, we will receive your response and contact you as soon as possible with the information you provided.
After you submit the form, Google will send you a “Thank You” message. In the Thank You section, you will find a text that prompts you to proceed with the next step by completing your payment through our website.
If you would like to make the payment online, proceed with the next step or use one of our contacts for detail.
You may visit our website to access the payment page. You can also follow the steps on the first option above to go to the payment page or click the button below.
The Payment Page
There are two ways to make the payment, via the bank details provided or with Chapa payment gateway.
1. With Bank

2. With Chapa
From the payment page, head to the section of “Payment Method two“. Then click “Pay With Chapa“.
Clicking the “Pay With Chapa” button will take you to the “Shop” page where a list of all the certification products display.
From the shop page, you can choose the certification program you want and click “Add to Cart” button to buy the product.
If you first need to review the product before buying, you can click the image of the product.
Then, a page with a detail of the selected product will display.
You can click “Add to Cart” from the Product page.
Clicking “Add to Cart” from both pages, will take you to the “Cart” page.
Review the cart page, edit the cart or click “Continue Shopping” at the top if you want, then click “Proceed to Checkout” after you make sure everything is correct.
Clicking “Proceed to Checkout” will take you to the Checkout page.
In the Checkout page, fill in your email, first name, last name, phone number and additional note. Last name and additional note are optional and you can leave them empty if you want.
Also make sure the product and its detail from the Checkout page. Once you make sure everything is correct, click “Proceed to Chapa“
Clicking “Proceed to Chapa” will take you to the official Chapa’s site. Complete your payment there and Chapa will redirect you back to our website and land you on a “Thank You” page if the payment is successful.
Chapa has various payment options, you can choose your preferred option to make the payment.
I chose Bank of Abyssinia’s credit card for sample. Enter your correct phone number and Click “Pay ETB_” button to continue.
When you click the “Pay ETB _” button, Chapa will take you to the “Payment Details” page.
Once on the “Payment Details” page, there are fields to input your credit card info like the Card Type, Card Number, Expiration Month, Expiration Year, CVN (which is the last 3 digit number found at the back of your BOA credit card). Fill in the correct info securely. Then click “Pay” once you decide and made sure everything is correct.
Note: The Bank of Abyssinia (BOA) is just used as a sample to show you. There are several other payment options within Chapa gateway. For example, TeleBirr, M-PESA, Kacha, Awash, Enat Bank, Oromia Bank, and international payment like PayPal.
When you click “Pay“, Chapa will send you a 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) to your phone number that you provided. Fill in the OTP in the input box right above the “Verify and Proceed” purple button. You can click “RESEND OTP” to get a new OTP if you haven’t received one. Write the OTP and click “Verify and Proceed” button to continue.
The OTP sent to your mobile phone number will expire in 5 minutes because it is a one-time password. Send it before 5 minutes before it expires to proceed with the checkout. You can resend a new OTP to your phone number if the first one expires.
Once you verify and proceed, Chapa will send you a receipt for your transaction.
You may download or print your receipt.
Chapa will then redirect you back to our website and land you on the “Thank You” page with your order summary.
Next Step: Certification
Once you’ve completed the registration process, please visit our office to complete your certification.
